This is an important update for customers who have purchased tickets to The Big Bounce America in New Windsor, NY

Due to unforeseen space restrictions at our event location (Cousins Paintball in New Windsor) I’m afraid we are unable to bring the Bounce Village to this weekend’s event. The main attraction, The World’s Biggest Bounce House, is all set up and ready to go as planned and our DJ is finalising the playlist to make sure you all have the best party possible!

To be clear, the event is NOT cancelled. It is only the Bounce Village that will not be present.

Anybody that purchased a Bounce Village pass will shortly receive an additional email to let them know their refund for this is on its way. This is automatic and you do not need to take any action.

This is an update for customers who have purchased tickets to The Big Bounce America in New Castle, Pittsburgh.

Friday June 10th Cancellation

Unfortunately due to unavoidable adverse weather conditions, we have no choice but to cancel all of our sessions planned for Sunday 10th June. You are receiving this email as you have purchased one or more tickets to the event on this day.

We have been keeping an eye on the weather but as we are experiencing rain, with more rain forecasted, we are unable to operate.

Refund

All ticket holders are kindly requested to apply for a full refund from our ticket provider, ShowClix within the next 7 days (before midnight Sunday June 17th) at https://goo.gl/forms/RKNFDpavdKmlChep2

You may also contact Showclix (our ticketing platform) via phone for any assistance. You can get them on 1-888-718-4253 opt. 1
